As area manager you will report directly to the Head of Operations. You will be in charge of all the kitchen team members and will be responsible to lead and mentor people in your team.
Among your responsibilities, you will lead a team of qualified of people with the following goals:
- Manage the area coordinators.
- Manage kitchen staff budget.
- Establish and control processes.
- Staff optimization and schedule management.
- Lead and implement kitchen operations management strategies.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Degree in engineering or ADE.
- Motivation for the constant overcoming of goals.
- Analytical and methodical working style person.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or passion for cooking is a must.
