About Cuyna: 

Cuyna is a digital-native food-tech startup that enables the best restaurants to improve their home delivery, taking the delivery experience to the next level. Currently working +30 brands from 6 kitchens in Spain with a very strong expansion plan throughout Spain, Italy & Portugal in the next 12 months.

 


About the role: 


  • Management for HORECA key partners from lead generation to launching.
  • Autonomy in managing your own portfolio and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met.
  • Reporting directly to Sales Management.
  • Finding new business and opportunities, as well as mapping an account's organizational hierarchy to create an account stakeholder matrix.
  • Pitching, creating and delivering high quality and professional presentations to potential new customers, and confidently speaking about the business and Cuyna Kitchens proposition.
  • Winning new businesses and growing existing accounts to achieve business targets set. Proving the business case with pilots and working with the client to define success metrics with the objective of rolling out.
  • Calling, mailing and f2f meetings with C Level interlocutors.




Requirements: 


  • Relevant, documented experience in Key Account Management / B2B Business Development. Experience with large HORECA brands or companies is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. Italian/Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to speak to stakeholders across an organization, with clear and direct communication, listening to the needs of the department and acting accordingly.    
  • Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail and natural ability to successfully prioritize your workload. 
  • Project Management skills: able to create expansion plans for large organizations.
  • You possess excellent commercial acumen and confidently take the lead on strategic negotiations. 
  • A sharer by nature, who is excited to work cross-functionally to identify best practices in order to develop creative strategies to win key accounts. 
  • You are a fast learner and can handle working in a busy environment with many moving parts.
  • An approachable & positive team player whilst being independent, efficient and able to schedule your own time.
  • A true passion for food is a MUST.
